针对当前国内教育培训的“讲、听、记”单一的培训模式,本文将从培训课程设置、培训方式及效果评估介绍英国西南部城市普利茅斯(Plymouth)的圣马可圣约翰大学(St Mark&St John University College)的培训做法,并提出改进我国中小学教师培训的对策构想。
This paper will introduce the training courses, training methods and effectiveness evaluation of the Saint-St John St. John’s University in Plymouth, southwestern England (St Mark & St John University College) and put forward countermeasures to improve the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China.
