1984～1992年,我院收治6例行牵引术致胎颈断离子宫破裂患者,年龄28～35岁,胎次1～4次。足月妊娠临产5例,32孕周早产1例。行头牵引术2例,臀牵引术4例。
From 1984 to 1992, 6 cases of ruptured uterine rupture caused by traction were performed in our hospital from 28 to 35 years old and 1 to 4 times. 5 cases of term pregnancy and 1 case of preterm birth in 32 weeks. Line traction in 2 cases, hip traction in 4 cases.
