太阳能建筑是指使用直接获取的太阳能作为优先使用能源的一类建筑。随着国家政策和人民消费观念的改变,太阳能建筑正得到前所未有的发展。太阳能建筑本着节约能源、保护环境的原则,给我们创造了一个崭新的居住环境,为建筑的可持续发展添入了新动力。但由于新技术成本的增加、社会对节能建筑的认识度不够等原因,使得节能建筑在我国的发展受到一定的影响。本文从建筑全寿命周期成本为出发点,分析了节能建筑与普通建筑的成本,提出了促进建筑可持续发展的一些建议。
Solar building refers to the use of direct access to solar energy as a priority to use energy of a type of building. With the change of the concept of national policy and people’s consumption, the solar energy building is getting unprecedented development. The principle of saving energy and protecting the environment has created a brand new living environment for our solar energy building and added new impetus to the sustainable development of the building. However, due to the increase of the cost of new technologies and the lack of awareness of energy-saving buildings in society, the development of energy-efficient buildings in China is affected to a certain extent. Based on the cost of life cycle of buildings, this paper analyzes the cost of energy efficient buildings and ordinary buildings and puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of buildings.
