分析９７例复发乳腺癌，探讨各期乳腺癌根治术后不同辅助治疗方法在预防复发方面的作用。结果为Ⅰ期乳腺癌单纯根治术后无复发生存期为８２个月。Ⅱ期乳腺癌根治术后辅以放疗或／和化疗的病例无复发生存期明显高于单纯根治术组。Ⅲ期乳腺癌根治术后辅助治疗作用不明显。
Analysis of 97 cases of recurrent breast cancer, to explore the role of different adjuvant therapy after radical mastectomy in the prevention of recurrence. The result was a recurrence-free survival of 82 months after radical mastectomy in stage I breast cancer. The recurrence-free survival of patients with stage II breast cancer surgery combined with radiotherapy or/and chemotherapy was significantly higher than that of the group with simple radical surgery. The adjuvant treatment of stage III breast cancer after radical surgery is not obvious.
