为解决多分流叶栅的粘性损失问题,研究了多分流叶栅叶片表面边界层发展情况,分析了分流叶片对主流叶片上边界层发展和分离的影响以及对整个流场的影响.在此基础上,建立了分流叶栅的损失模型和损失系数计算公式,并计算了3种类型的损失系数.通过对3种叶栅吹风试验表明,所建立的粘性损失模型和损失系数计算公式与实际情况相符.提供了多分流叶栅通用的损失模型和损失系数的计算方法及程序,使叶栅设计更接近实际.
In order to solve the problem of viscous loss of multi-split cascades, the development of the boundary layer on the surface of multi-split cascades was studied. The influence of splitter blades on the development and separation of the upper boundary layer on the main blades and the influence on the whole flow field were analyzed. On this basis, the formula of loss model and loss coefficient of shunt cascade are established, and three kinds of loss coefficients are calculated. Through the three kinds of cascade blowing experiments show that the established viscosity loss model and the loss coefficient formula is consistent with the actual situation. The common loss model of multi-shunt cascade and the calculation method and program of loss coefficient are provided to make the cascade design more realistic.
