丁腈橡胶(NBR)与氯丁橡胶(CR)并用可获得较优耐老化性能与耐油性能的平衡。采用FTIR、PY/GC-MS、DSC和TG研究分析了NBR/CR不同并用比的胶样特征。结果表明,NBR/CR并用胶各特征峰所在位置和峰面积比均随NBR用量的增大呈现二次曲线拟合或线性拟合变化。采用线性分析法得到并用比结果较为便捷。
Blend of nitrile rubber (NBR) with neoprene (CR) gives better balance of aging resistance and oil resistance. The rubbery characteristics of different combination ratios of NBR / CR were analyzed by FTIR, PY / GC-MS, DSC and TG. The results showed that the location and peak area ratio of each characteristic peak of NBR / CR adhesive showed quadratic curve fitting or linear fitting change with the increase of NBR dosage. It is more convenient to use the linear analysis method to get the result with the ratio.
