房地产行业近些年在我国发展良好,房地产的管理难题也随之而来。“三位一体”的管理模式在实际的运行当中取得了一定的成效,但是也存在一定的问题。总结该机制的运行经验,同时处理其实践运行中存在的问题,完善“三位一体”机制的建设,对于房地产行业的管理有重要的推进作用。下文主要分为三个部分,首先分析了现阶段该机制的管理运行中出现的一些问题,然后针对该问题提出了一些相应的改进措施,最后综述全文。下文所述,仅供交流参考。
