采用旋转回归正交组合设计,研究氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、追氮时期多因素对优质小麦品种的籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值等品质性状的影响。结果表明,影响蛋白质含量的作用大小为:氮肥>钾肥>追氮时期>磷肥。沉降值、湿面筋含量与蛋白质含量三个品质指标呈正相关,影响趋势一致。各品质指标都较好的适宜施肥量为:纯氮337.5kg/hm~2、K_2O112.5kg/hm~2、P_2O_5150kg/hm~2,其中氮肥采用拔节期和抽穗开花期两次追施。
The orthogonal regression design was used to study the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and nitrogen recovery on grain quality, wet gluten content and sedimentation value of high quality wheat cultivars. The results showed that the effects of protein content of the role of size: nitrogen> potassium> topdressing period> phosphate fertilizer. Sedimentation value, wet gluten content and protein content of three quality indicators were positively correlated, the impact of the same trend. The suitable fertilization amount with good quality indexes was 337.5kg / hm 2, K 2 O 12.5kg / hm 2 and P 2 O 5150kg / hm 2, respectively. The nitrogen fertilizer was topdressed at jointing stage and heading and flowering stage.
