综合评分法优化葛根芩连汤提取工艺

目的:优选葛根芩连汤的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以复方中12个有效成分含量为综合评分标准进行数据分析,对加水量、提取时间和提取次数进行优化。结果:煎煮次数具有极显著性影响,加水量和煎煮时间没有显著性影响。最佳煎煮工艺为8倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优化后的工艺稳定可靠,可为葛根芩连汤临床用药煎煮及相关制剂的工业生产提供参考。
