本文以Isight为优化平台,集成建模、分网和计算分析软件,建立对航空发动机轮盘进行优化设计的流程。以最大周向应力和低循环疲劳寿命为约束,采用轮盘质量为目标函数,应用试验设计和序列二次规划法的组合优化方法,在轮盘周向应力和低循环疲劳寿命满足设计要求的情况下,减轻轮盘质量8.1%。同时,通过对轮盘参数的研究,得到了各参数与目标变量之间的关系。
In this paper, Isight as the optimization platform, integrated modeling, network and calculation and analysis software, the establishment of aeroengine wheel disk optimal design process.
