高浓度葡萄糖可刺激体外培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞NF-κB的活化;洛伐他汀可抑制高糖诱导的系膜细胞NF-κB的活化。他汀类药物抑制高糖诱导的系膜细胞NF-κB的活化可能是其不依赖降脂抑制糖尿病肾病病变进展的机制之一。
High concentration glucose can stimulate the activation of NF-κB in rat mesangial cells cultured in vitro. Lovastatin can inhibit the activation of NF-κB induced by high glucose in mesangial cells. Inhibition of high glucose-induced NF-κB activation by statins may be one of the mechanisms by which statins inhibit the progression of diabetic nephropathy without lipid-lowering.
