股份合作制企业是采取股份形式的合作经济组织,是以劳动者的劳动联合与资本联合为主的新型企业组织形式,也是我国产权制度改革普遍实行的一种组织形式。在股份合作制企业中,加大民主管理工作力度,有利于维护职工合法权益,调动经营者和职工群众两个方面的积极性,促进企业健康发展。笔者认为,要做好这项工作,载体有三——一、建立职工持股会。在股份合作制企业中,职工普遍而相对平均,且股金规模较小的持股方式,决定了职工个体不可能参加企业的股东大会,这就需要建立统一办理内部职工持股事宜的机构——职工持股会,通过职工持股会以团体股东身份参加股东大会,行使股东权利,以强化职
