我校历届实习表明:师范毕业生语文实习质量的高低,与口头表达能力的强弱有很大的关系。有些学生由于普通话讲得不熟练,教学效果就比较差些。做儿童的教师,应当语言清楚,因而,我们对学生很重视语音训练,要求能讲好普通话。近几年来,采用了如下一些措施: 一、讲授语音系统知识,重视课内外练习语言能力的培养,不是一朝一夕之功,要充分利用学习时间不断练习。我校在新生入学以后,就对他们提出要重视学好语音,掌握语音知识,练好普通话。语文教学开始就注意指导学生学好语音知识,掌握《汉语拼音方案》,为今后逐步提高讲普通话能力打下基础。语音教
Our previous internships show that: The quality of the language training of normal college graduates has a great relationship with the strength of oral expression. Some students are unskilled in Putonghua and the teaching effect is worse. Teachers who are children should have a clear language. Therefore, we attach great importance to students' voice training and require that they be able to speak Mandarin well. In recent years, the following measures have been adopted: First, teach the pronunciation system knowledge, pay attention to the training of language ability in and out of class, it is not the function of overnight, make full use of learning time to practice constantly. After my freshman is enrolled in our school, I propose to them that we should attach importance to learning how to use our voice, mastering phonetic knowledge and practicing Putonghua.
