国内不乏对高职教学管理的研究,但并不多见对二级教学基层管理的研究。本文首先对高职二级教学基层管理进行界定,并借助CSSA管理理论展开对高职二级教学基层管理的宏观研究与探索,从其理论的几个特定视角得出:高职二级教学基层管理是一个复杂的综合管理系统,它以“人本主义”为管理的总纲领;以“二级教学基层管理的信息联系系统”为管理的总线索与重点,并由该系统而衍生出系列管理内容;以“与行业企业紧密结合、互惠互利、实现双赢”为二级教学基层管理的特色管理。
There is no lack of domestic research on the management of higher vocational education, but not many see the grass-roots teaching management. This paper first defines the second-level teaching of grassroots management of higher vocational schools and uses CSSA management theory to start the macro-level research and exploration of the second-level teaching of grassroots teaching.
