用铜模铸造法成功制备出直径为8 mm的Mg60Cu27Dy13镁基三元块状非晶合金。利用XRD和DSC等手段对Mg-Cu-Dy合金系的非晶形成能力进行了分析并对其力学性能进行了测定。结果表明,Mg87-xCuxDy13(x=17,22,27,32)合金具有明显的玻璃转变温度Tg、较宽的过冷液相区ΔTx=Tx-Tg及较高的约化玻璃转变温度Trg=Tg/Tl,其中以Mg60Cu27Dy13合金的非晶形成能力最强。该非晶合金的压缩断裂强度(σf)为640 MPa。参数γ与这类合金的非晶形成能力具有良好的对应关系。
The Mg60Cu27Dy13 magnesium-based ternary bulk amorphous alloy with a diameter of 8 mm was successfully prepared by copper mold casting. The amorphous formation ability of Mg-Cu-Dy alloy was analyzed by means of XRD and DSC, and its mechanical properties were also measured. The results show that Mg87-xCuxDy13 (x = 17,22,27,32) alloy has a significant glass transition temperature Tg, a wide supercooled liquid region ΔTx = Tx-Tg and a high reduced glass transition temperature Trg = Tg / Tl, among which Mg60Cu27Dy13 alloy has the strongest amorphous formation ability. The amorphous alloy has a breaking strength (σf) of 640 MPa. The parameter γ has a good correspondence with the amorphous formation ability of these alloys.
