由于钢管柱承重性能良好,在受力较大部位能有效减少混凝土柱体积,起到承载和传力作用,所以在地铁盖挖车站中被广泛应用。但钢管柱在安装的实际操作过程中,由于其自身吨位过大,工序复杂,造成安装完毕的钢管柱在三维空间(平面、高程)中的偏差过大,无法达到精确定位。本文就偏差过大的原因及过程中控制重点作简要分析。
Due to the good bearing capacity of the steel pipe column, the concrete column can effectively reduce the volume of the concrete column in a large part of the force and play the role of bearing and force transmission. Therefore, it is widely used in the subway caving station. However, during the actual installation of the steel pipe column, due to its own excessive tonnage and complicated process, the deviation of the installed steel pipe column in the three-dimensional space (plane and elevation) is too large to be accurately positioned. This article gives a brief analysis of the reason why the deviation is too large and the control points in the process.
