目的:探讨医院药学管理中应用管理学科新手段新方法的可行性。方法:2013年7月~2014年6月间浙江省绍兴市口腔医院药品管理中引入品管圈、PDCA和精益管理法,比较引入现代化的管理方法前后医院药学工作质量及患者对药学服务的满意度。结果:实施现代化管理方法后,医院处方调配差错率、不合理用药率、抗菌药物使用率、药品库存周转天数等相关指标较实施现代化管理方法前均有明显改善,患者对药学服务的满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:医院药学管理中应用品管圈、PDCA管理法、精益管理法等现代化管理方法可有效提高医院药学工作质量和患者满意度,提高药学管理水平。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of a new method of applying new means of management discipline in hospital pharmacy management. Methods: From July 2013 to June 2014, QA, PDCA and Lean Management were introduced into the drug administration of Stomatological Hospital of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province from July 2013 to June 2014. The quality of pharmacy work and satisfaction with the pharmacy service before and after the introduction of modern management methods were compared degree. Results: After the implementation of the modern management methods, the relevant indicators such as the error rate of hospital prescription deployment, unreasonable drug use rate, antibacterial drug utilization rate, days of drug inventory turnover were significantly improved compared with those before the implementation of modern management methods, and patients’ satisfaction with pharmacy services was obvious Increase (P <0.05). Conclusion: The modern management methods such as quality control circle, PDCA management method and lean management method in hospital pharmacy management can effectively improve the quality of pharmacy work and patient satisfaction and improve the management level of pharmacy.
