目的：建立符合中医药自身特点的研究生教育体系，通过开展读书报告会活动培养兼具人文素养与创新思维能适应科学发展要求的综合型人才。方法读书报告会每月设立不同主题，并根据主题安排学生参加具有针对性的中医药专业相关见习活动，引导学生在见习中发现问题，在随后的读书活动中寻求答案。结论相较于传统教学模式，采用读书报告会有多个优点可帮助培养符合中医药学科特点的高素质研究生，是进行素质教育的有益方法。“,”Objective To establish a Tailored Graduate education system of traditional Chinese medicine,and cultivat-e the talents with both Humanistic quality and innovative thinking to adapt scientific and technological progre-ss . Method Reading report meeting monthly to set up different themes, and arrange professional probation for students according to the theme, through this method it can guide graduate students to find out problems in probation, and seek answers in the folowing reading activities. Conclusion Compared to the traditional teaching mode, the reading report meeting has multiple advantages in cultivate high-quality graduate students of raditional Chinese medicine,and it’s a valid measure to develop quality education.
