尽管研究者和教师都认识到教师反思的重要性和有效性,但反思的实质及实现反思的有效途径还有必要作进一步的研究。本文首先详述了教师专业化发展过程中教师反思的深远意义及教学反思的内涵。接下来从反思什么,何时反思及如何反思几个角度入手,深入探讨了教学反思的实质,指出教学反思不仅是一种思维方式,而且是一种行为方式;教学反思不仅要反思过去,更要着眼未来;教学反思不仅仅是一种个人行为,更是一种集体活动。最后作者提出建立教师发展共同体是促进有效反思和教师专业化发展的有效途径。
Although both researchers and teachers recognize the importance and effectiveness of teachers’ reflection, there is still a need for further research on the essence of reflection and the effective way to realize reflection. This paper first details the far-reaching significance of teacher’s reflection and the connotation of teaching reflection in teacher’s professional development. Then from the perspectives of what, when and how to reflect on reflection, this paper discusses the essence of teaching reflection in depth and points out that teaching reflection is not only a way of thinking but also a way of behavior. Teaching reflection should not only reflect on the past, To focus on the future; teaching reflection is not just a personal act, but also a collective activity. Finally, the author put forward the establishment of teacher development community is an effective way to promote effective reflection and teachers’ professional development.
