随着大学生党员的增加,大学生党支部的建设和管理也将成为高校工作的一个重要方向。由于大学生党员的个性发展和大学生党支部的特殊性,大学生党支部目前还存在着诸多问题。本文找出了这些问题并对其进行逐一分析,然后根据学生党支部的特点,试图寻找出解决问题的途径。
With the increase of university student party members, the construction and management of college student party branches will also become an important direction for the work of colleges and universities. Due to the personality development of college student party members and the particularity of college student party branches, there are still many problems in the college student party branches. This paper finds out these problems and analyzes them one by one, and then attempts to find a solution to the problem according to the characteristics of the student party branch.
