近年来,国家邮政局十分重视农村业务的发展,在做好普遍服务的基础上,认真贯彻2005年、2006年中央一号文件精神,不断调整服务“三农”工作思路,开办和扩大适合农村发展、农民需要的邮政业务种类和规模,逐步提高邮政服务“三农”的工作水平,满足农民生产、生活的需求。在此过程中,各地邮政部门结合当地实际,充分发挥邮政品牌及信誉优势,依托农村邮政网络资源,为农民生产、生活提供日益广泛的服务,不断拓展邮政服务领域。
In recent years, the State Post Bureau has attached great importance to the development of rural businesses. On the basis of doing a good job of universal service, the State Post Bureau conscientiously implemented the spirit of the document No.1 of the Central Government in 2005 and 2006, constantly adjusted its service line of thinking on “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, started and expanded suitable Rural development and types and scale of postal services needed by peasants, and gradually raise the level of postal service “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” to meet the needs of peasants in their production and daily life. In the process, all local postal service departments, taking full advantage of local postal brand and credit advantages, relied on the resources of rural postal networks to provide an ever-expanding range of services for peasants’ production and living, and continuously expanded their postal service areas.
