适当发展晚熟耐藏品种,对改变目前柑桔中熟品种过多的品种结构,提高柑桔经济效益,具有重要的意义.我所1976年引进的日本甜夏橙,在浙西低丘红壤上试种表现出抗旱耐瘠,易栽培,丰产性好,果实贮至3～6月仍保持较好的风味品质以及较高的好果率,深受消费者的喜爱.该品种是解决春夏柑桔淡季市场供应的优良晚熟耐藏品种.
