[目的]建立测定有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗含量的新方法。[方法]利用阴离子交换树脂装填的色谱柱,分离有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗,洗脱液引入石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱仪进行测定,同时测定有机锗与无机锗。[结果]选定了最佳分离和测量条件,无机锗测定相对标准偏差为3.25%~4.93%,回收率为85.0%~105.0%。有机锗测定相对标准偏差为2.85%~8.04%,回收率为86.5%~97.3%。[结论]该法灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。适用于一般有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗的测定。
[Objective] To establish a new method for determination of organic germanium and inorganic germanium in organic germanium nutrient solution. [Method] The organic germanium and inorganic germanium in organic germanium nutrient solution were separated by using anion exchange resin packed column, and the eluent was analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Meanwhile, organic germanium and inorganic germanium were determined. [Result] The optimum separation and measurement conditions were selected. The relative standard deviations of determination of inorganic germanium were 3.25% ~ 4.93% and the recoveries were 85.0% ~ 105.0%. The relative standard deviation of determination of organic germanium was 2.85% ~ 8.04%, the recovery was 86.5% ~ 97.3%. [Conclusion] The sensitivity and precision of the method can meet the needs of testing. It is suitable for the determination of organic germanium and inorganic germanium in general organic germanium nutrient solution.
