据1986—1988年连续三年膳食营养动态观察表明,工人的膳食能满足机体的需要,但各种营养素摄入不太平衡,热能连续三年均维持在超标120~+%以上,导致肥胖及高血脂人数较多,蛋白质摄入量较高,但仍以植物性为主,动物性蛋白和豆类蛋白仍偏低。钙、V_(B2)、v_c等营养素呈逐年提高的趋势。膳食中铁、Pp均已超标,脂肪摄入量偏高。为合理的改善工人的营养状况,使各种营养满足机体的需要,建议如下:1、降低热量及脂肪的摄入量,以减少超重及血脂过高。
According to the dynamic observation of dietary nutrition from 1986 to 1988 for three consecutive years, workers’ diets can meet the needs of the body.
