分析了磁流变液稳定性的影响因素,采用正交实验法在不同粒径大小、Fe颗粒不同包覆层厚度和不同数量添加剂油酸条件下制备磁流变液,并对磁流变液的沉降速率进行记录。其中不同包覆厚度的羰基铁粉颗粒采用不同浓度的PVA溶液制备得到。结果表明,颗粒粒径对沉降稳定性影响最明显。颗粒粒径越大沉降速度越快。油酸可以一定程度上提高磁流变液流动性及稳定性。聚乙烯醇PVA包覆对提高沉降稳定性有一定效果,但是随着厚度的增加稳定性变差。
The influencing factors of the stability of MR fluids were analyzed. Orthogonal experiments were used to prepare MR fluids with different particle sizes, different coating thickness of Fe particles and different amounts of oleic acid additives. The sedimentation rate was recorded. Among them, carbonyl iron powder particles with different coating thickness were prepared with different concentrations of PVA solution. The results show that the particle size of sedimentation stability of the most obvious. The larger the particle size, the faster the sedimentation rate. Oleic acid can improve the fluidity and stability of MR fluids to a certain extent. Polyvinyl alcohol PVA coating to improve the stability of settlement has some effect, but with the thickness of the stability of the deterioration.
