目的:探讨急救站设施配备对急救质量的影响。方法:对急救站影响急救质量的相关因素进行分析,包括采取问卷形式对患者、急救人员进行调查,并查询急救档案。结果:影响急救站急救质量的主要因素为设施配备、急救人员专业技能、急救人员职业素养和急救管理缺陷等。结论:在急救站设施配备是影响急救质量的主要因素,同时也会影响到急救效率,完善急救设施配备、加强急救人员的培训和急救管理工作,能够提高急救质量。
Objective: To explore the impact of first aid station facilities on the quality of first aid. Methods: The related factors that affect the quality of first aid are analyzed in the first aid station, including the questionnaire survey of patients and emergency workers and the search of emergency files. Results: The main factors influencing the quality of first aid for first aid station were the facilities, the professional skills of emergency workers, the professional qualities of first aid workers and the first aid management defects. Conclusion: The provision of facilities in first aid station is the main factor affecting the quality of first aid, and will also affect the efficiency of first aid, improve the provision of first aid facilities, and enhance the training of first aid workers and emergency management, which can improve the quality of first aid.
