将4种聚醚桥连二异羟肟酸过渡金属铜(II)、锌(II)、钴(II)和锰(II)配合物作为仿水解酶模型催化羧酸酯(PNPP)水解.探讨了聚醚桥连二异羟肟酸过渡金属配合物催化PNPP水解的动力学和机理;提出了配合物催化PNPP水解的动力学模型.结果表明,在25℃条件下随着缓冲溶液pH值的增大,配合物催化PNPP水解速率提高,并表现出好的催化活性.
Study on Hydrolysis of Carboxylic Acid Ester (PNPP) Catalyzed by Four Polyether-bridged Hydroxamic Acid Transition Metal Copper (II), Zinc (II), Cobalt (II) and Manganese (II) The kinetics and mechanism of PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by polyether bridged hydroxamic acid transition metal complex was proposed. The kinetic model of PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by the complex was proposed. The results showed that under the condition of 25 ℃, Increased, the complex catalyzed PNPP hydrolysis rate increased, and showed good catalytic activity.
