以信息化建设为突破口的征管改革是一场继1994年征管改革后税收管理上的第三次革命。为了给这次革命提供强大的技术支撑和软件依托,省地税局适时推出了“安徽地税征管信息系统”AHTAX2000软件（以下简称新软件）。自2001年7月1日新软件在东至县成功运行后,到2001年底止,全市所有区县全面进入资料准备与录入阶段。根据工作安排,到今年6月底止,除贵池的农村分局、所外,均启用新软件,全市税收征管信息化建设进入到了一个崭新的阶段。AHTAX2000也成为我市税收征管不可或缺的勇士。
The reform of collection and administration taking informationization as a breakthrough is the third revolution in taxation administration following the collection reform in 1994. In order to provide the revolution with strong technical support and software support, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau timely launched the AHTAX2000 software (hereinafter referred to as the new software) of Anhui Local Tax Collection and Management Information System. Since July 1, 2001, the successful operation of the new software in Dongzhi County, all districts and counties of the city have entered the stage of data preparation and entry in an all-round way by the end of 2001. According to the work arrangements, by the end of June this year, except for the rural branch office in Guichi, new software has been activated and the city’s tax collection and administration informationization has entered a brand-new stage. AHTAX2000 has become an integral part of the city’s tax collection and management of warriors.
