磨削几何参数包括砂轮表面的磨粒分布,磨粒切刃形状,砂轮参加工作的有效磨粒数以及切屑的形状和尺寸等.本文分析了国外近年来在砂轮修正后的切刃前角,有效磨粒数的涵义和计算未变形切屑厚度的公式等方面的研究成果;讨论了由国际生产加工协会(CIRP)通过的当量磨削厚度的意义和实用性.
The geometric parameters of grinding include the distribution of abrasive particles on the surface of the grinding wheel, the shape of abrasive cutting edge, the number of effective abrasive particles that the grinding wheel participates in, the shape and size of the chips, etc. In this paper, The meaning of the effective number of abrasive particles and the formula for calculating the thickness of the undeformed chip are discussed. The significance and practicability of equivalent grinding thickness adopted by the International Society of Manufacturing and Processing (CIRP) are discussed.
