近日,同济大学材料科学与工程学院教授黄佳、美国马里兰大学材料科学与工程系教授Hu Liangbing等共同完成的研究论文《全透明可弯曲纳米纸晶体管》,在线发表于纳米科学技术领域权威期刊ACS Nano。“透明化、可弯曲是电子产品未来发展的两个重要方向。这一成果最大的创新点,是将全透明、可弯曲、可降解这几大功能和特性同时整合在一个器件上。”黄佳介绍
Recently, Huang Jia, a professor of materials science and engineering at Tongji University, Hu Liangbing, a professor of materials science and engineering at the University of Maryland, and his research paper “Full Transparent and Flexible Nanophase Transistors” was published online in the authoritative ACS Nano. “Transparent and flexible are the two important directions for the future development of electronic products.The biggest innovation of this achievement is the integration of several functions and features of full transparency, bendability and degradability into one device at the same time.” Huang Jia introduction
