[目的]应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)-串联质谱法(MS)测定城市污水A2/O工艺处理中双酚a的含量。[方法]水样中双酚a采用C18固相萃取柱(SPE)富集,HPLC-MS分析方法,流动相为乙腈,流速为0.8 ml/min,进样体积10μl,相同条件下检测精密度2.5%~6.6%,标准品回收率91.5%~105.1%,方法最低检出限0.1 ng/L。[结果]扬州市污水处理厂不同处理工艺过程的水样中均检出双酚a,水样质量浓度为98.3~106.5 ng/L。经One-Way ANOVA检验,F=1.258,P=0.237>0.05。[结论]A2/O不同工艺流程对于环境雌激素处理虽然有某种下降趋势,差异无统计学意义,表明该工艺过程对于环境雌激素的降低和消除没有明显效果。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of bisphenol a in A2 / O process of urban sewage by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) -quantation mass spectrometry (MS). [Method] Bisphenol a in water sample was enriched by C18 solid phase extraction column (SPE). The HPLC-MS method was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile with the flow rate of 0.8 ml / min and the injection volume of 10μl. 2.5% ~ 6.6%, the standard recovery of 91.5% ~ 105.1%, the method detection limit of 0.1 ng / L. [Result] Bisphenol a was detected in water samples of different treatment processes in Yangzhou Sewage Treatment Plant. The water quality concentration was 98.3 ~ 106.5 ng / L. One-Way ANOVA test, F = 1.258, P = 0.237> 0.05. [Conclusion] There was no significant difference in the environmental estrogen treatment of A2 / O for different process, which showed that the process had no obvious effect on the reduction and elimination of environmental estrogen.
