目的 观察糖尿病大鼠肺部超微结构的变化。 方法 将 2 0只大鼠分为正常对照组和糖尿病组 ,每组 10只。糖尿病组以STZ 6 0mg kg体重腹腔注射制成糖尿病模型。成模 6个月后杀检 ,电镜下观察肺组织的超微结构。 结果 糖尿病大鼠肺泡隔增宽 ,肺间质中胶原和弹性蛋白增生 ,部分肺泡萎缩甚至塌陷 ;肺泡毛细血管管腔狭窄甚至闭锁。糖尿病组大鼠肺泡毛细血管内皮细胞基板的平均厚度比正常对照组明显增厚 (P <0 0 1) ;Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞粗面内质网和高尔基复合体的扁平囊扩张。 结论 糖尿病肺部超微结构的变化可能引起呼吸功能异常 ,引发机体缺氧 ,加重糖尿病的各种并发症。
Objective To observe the changes of lung ultrastructure in diabetic rats. Methods Twenty rats were divided into normal control group and diabetic group with 10 rats in each group. The diabetic group was given diabetic model by intraperitoneal injection of STZ 60mg kg body weight. Six months after injection, the microscopic examination was performed to observe the ultrastructure of lung tissue under electron microscope. Results The alveolar septa of diabetic rats were broadened, collagen and elastin hyperplasia in lung interstitium, part of alveoli atrophied or even collapsed, and the alveolar capillaries stenosed or even blocked. The average thickness of alveolar capillary endothelial cells in diabetic rats was significantly thicker than that in normal control rats (P <0.01); the flattened balloon dilated by type II alveolar epithelial cells in rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex. Conclusion The changes of ultrastructure in diabetic lung may cause abnormal respiratory function, triggering hypoxia and aggravating the complications of diabetes.
