中国企业步入了管理时代,从西方国家学习了许许多多的管理技术和理论,希望能用于自己的公司,比如我们引进了绩效考核,引进了KPI,希望这些管理手段能帮助我们促进企业发展,激励优秀员工,促进表现欠佳员工,提高整体业绩——愿望是好的,结果是否也好呢?未必。一些公司的业绩没有提高,一些公司的业绩可能因此而下降,更有甚者,绩效考核成了人才毒药,掌握核心技能的优秀人才因此变成了“庸才”、甚至愤而离职……何以如此,是绩效考核、KPI这种管理手段有问题
