[目的]研究复合式营养干预方法对血糖血脂控制的影响。[方法]根据纳入标准选择2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为复合式营养干预组(实验组)与单纯式营养干预组(对照组),各50人(男、女患者相同)。复合式营养干预组在药物治疗的同时,实施膳食干预-健康教育-定期检查的复合式营养干预,对照组患者在药物治疗的同时,给予与复合干预组内容相同的健康教育。[结果]6个月后,复合式营养干预组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白均比单纯式营养干预组有明显的下降(t=3.53,P﹤0.01和t=6.955,P﹤0.01)。[结论]对糖尿病患者实施复合式营养干预比单纯营养教育效果更为显著。
[Objective] To study the effect of compound nutrition intervention on blood glucose and lipid control. [Methods] According to the inclusion criteria, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into compound nutrition intervention group (experimental group) and simple nutrition intervention group (control group), each 50 patients (male and female patients were the same). In the compound nutrition intervention group, medication intervention, health education, and regular nutritional check-up were carried out. Patients in the control group were given the same health education as those in the composite intervention group while taking medication. [Results] After 6 months, the levels of blood glucose and HbA1c in compound nutrition intervention group were significantly lower than those in simple nutrition intervention group (t = 3.53, P <0.01 and t = 6.955, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The effect of compound nutrition intervention on diabetic patients is more significant than that of simple nutrition education.
