近日,Nanterre商业法庭宣布:法国线上商城Vente-du-diable(简称VDD)成为法国电商巨头Pixmania的“接盘侠”。对于未来的发展方向,VDD方面表示,交易完成后,将利用品牌效应、重组团队来重振Pixmania,并将战略重心放在循环经济、开发新服务等方面,未来将会推出二手货频道,在品类上进行扩张。据了解,VDD是B2C平台,主营3C产品,而且业务模式与法国电商Pixmania较为相似,且近期经营状况良好。因此,这也是其胜过竞争对手Astry接盘Pixmania的重要原因。
