目的探讨电灼术联合斯奇康在尖锐湿疣治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2013年2月至2014年8月柳州市第四人民医院收治的患有尖锐湿疣患者98例,将其随机分成研究组与对照组,每组49例,对照组采用电灼术治疗,研究组则在电灼术的基础上加用斯奇康给予治疗,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗1、2、3个月后,研究组好转例数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发例数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电灼术联合斯奇康治疗尖锐湿疣具有较高的应用价值,能明显提升尖锐湿疣治愈率,降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the application value of cautery combined with schiskan in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods From February 2013 to August 2014, 98 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Liuzhou City were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated by electrocautery, The study group in the basis of electrocautery plus Schildkang treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of treatment. Results After treatment for 1, 2, and 3 months, the number of improvement cases in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The number of cases in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Combining with cautery in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, the combination of cautery and cautery has a high application value, which can significantly improve the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum and reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum, which is safe and reliable.
