目的探讨双极等离子电切改良Milner法治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法采用奥林巴斯双极等离子电切系统,改良Milner分段分区法进行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)。结果平均手术时间52 min,切除前列腺组织平均50 g。所有病例未发生永久性尿失禁及电切综合征。术后尿流率、残余尿量和国际前列腺症状评分均得到了明显改善。结论采用奥林巴斯双极等离子电切系统改良Milner分段分区法进行经尿道前列腺切除既能手术准确定位,保证手术质量,又可减少术中出血,能有效减少手术时间延长所致电切综合征等并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of bipolar plasma tamponade modified Milner method in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Olympus bipolar plasma tangential system and modified Milner subarea method were used to transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). Results The average operation time was 52 min, and the average prostatic tissue excision was 50 g. No cases of permanent urinary incontinence and power-cut syndrome occurred in all cases. Postoperative urinary flow rate, residual urine volume and international prostate symptom scores have been significantly improved. Conclusions Olympus bipolar plasma tangential system improved Milner subarea method for transurethral resection of the prostate can not only accurately locate the operation, to ensure the quality of surgery, but also to reduce intraoperative bleeding, can effectively reduce the surgical time caused by the extension of the cut Sign and other complications.
