文章以陕西省榆林市漠海丽江餐饮有限公司餐饮中心生态种植区的钢屋盖结构为研究对象,根据甲方对结构空间、用钢量和对下部结构负荷小的要求,首先用设计程序3D3S8.0对结构进行了初步设计,定出了支座间不拉索和杆、拉索和拉杆3个方案,然后用分析软件ANSYS研究其桁架静力和动力特性,并计算了拉索方案预应力的合理取值,计算结果表明:拉杆方案的用钢量、竖向挠度小且施工难度低,因此,工程中采用了拉杆方案。
In this paper, taking the steel roof structure in ecological planting area of Yantai Lihai Catering Co., Ltd dining center in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province as the research object, according to the requirements of Party A on the structural space, the amount of steel used and the load on the lower structure, the design procedure 3D3S8 .0 The structure was preliminarily designed, and three schemes were set out, such as no cable and rod, cable and tie rod between the supports, and then the static and dynamic characteristics of the truss were analyzed with the analysis software ANSYS. The reasonable value of stress, the calculation results show that: the amount of steel rod program, the vertical deflection is small and the construction of low difficulty, therefore, the project used rod program.
