应用变压吸附技术对氢气混合气进行分离提纯是制取高纯度氢气的有效途径.本文主要研究多组分气体在活性炭/沸石层状床中穿透曲线的热效应影响,基于多物理场仿真平台Comsol,建立了多组分气体在多孔介质中的吸附、传热与传质模型.并将模拟值与实验数据进行验证分析,探索吸附过程伴随的热效应对穿透曲线的影响机理.最后针对变压吸附氢气纯化系统运行参数研究了环境温度、吸附条件和活性炭与沸石层高度比等对穿透曲线的影响.“,”Applying pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technologies to separate impurities from hydrogen mixture is an effective way to produce high purity hydrogen.This paper mainly focuses on the thermal effects on hydrogen mixture breakthrough curves in layered bed filled with activated carbon and zeolite.Based on the multi-physics simulation platform Comsol,a multicomponent gas adsorption,heat and mass transfer model is developed,and the simulated results are compared and validated by experiments in order to investigate the influence mechanism of thermal effects generated from adsorption process on gas breakthrough curves.The operating parameters of ambient temperature,adsorption conditions and the height ratio of activated carbon and zeolite are also examined.
