目的探讨急诊胃镜诊治上消化道出血的临床效果。方法将2014年12月~2015年7月到我院收治的68例上消化道出血患者纳入本次研究,均进行急诊胃镜诊治。结果通过胃镜诊断,本组患者病因检出率达到94.1%,主要是消化性溃疡,食管胃底曲张静脉及急性胃粘膜病变;临床治愈率达到95.6%,总有效率达到98.5%,临床诊治效果理想。结论在上消化道出血患者的临床治疗中,采取急诊胃镜诊治的临床疗效显著,临床推广及应用价值重大。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 68 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent emergency endoscopy. Results Gastroscopy diagnosis, the detection rate of 94.1% of patients in this group, mainly peptic ulcer, esophageal varices and acute gastric mucosal lesions; clinical cure rate was 95.6%, the total effective rate reached 98.5%, the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideal. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the clinical efficacy of emergency gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment is significant, clinical application and promotion of great value.
