检验专业人员的合理编制当取决于医院的性质、临床科对检验科工作的要求及其工作量三个方面。检验科(室)工作量的计算方法,由于上级尚未有统一的规定,因此各行其是,虽有其相对的合理性,但就全国或某地区而言,就缺少可比性,影响了有关检验科工作人员编制依据的提供和制定工作定额的科学性。我院曾于1982年6月参加卫生部与世界卫生组织合作、丹麦开发署资助举办的实验室管理讲习班学习,授课人曾介绍美国有关工作量的测定方法。在此基础上,我们参照实验室工作量记录法专著,于1982年10月中旬对部分试验项目的单位值进行了初步测定。由于国内未见有关报告,特总结介绍如下,俾引起有关行政领导和同道们的关注,并供参考。
