Hong Kong Machinery Manufacturing and Trade Development Yang Zhaowen Chinese Academy of Agricultural Machinery Jin Wheel Company The 1994 Hong Kong Chiang Kai-shek Fund Co., Ltd. organized by the State Council Foreign Experts Bureau “China Machinery Manufacturing Industry Manager Training Training Class” was held in Hong Kong from October to November 1994. A 72-member delegation was trained to visit and inspect the Hong Kong Trade Development Council of the Government Industry Department and six machinery manufacturing companies during their stay in Hong Kong.
