2009年兰郑长成品油管道试运投产期间,出现了流量监测设备不具备投用条件,充水初期流量控制难度较大,兰州低压区停泵超压,清管器发送时机选择不当,气阻影响输油泵正常运行,以及过滤器误切换等问题。指出了问题产生的原因及相应的处理措施,比如根据泵机组的“流量-扬程”特性曲线,通过计算泵机组提供的扬程,推断出站流量;控制干线流量的出站调节阀开度宜小不宜大;在给油泵和输油主泵之间设置安全阀;在水充满0号高点和7号阀室的第2个U形管段后发球等。其中的实践经验对今后成品油管道的投产作业具有工程借鉴意义。
