本文以我国当前企业薪酬管理存在的问题为切入点,给出了相应的一系列的解决对策,以期为我国设计与实施先进的、实用的薪酬体系提供一定的指导,进而提高我国企业的国际竞争力。
In this paper, the current problems in corporate pay management in China as the starting point, given a series of corresponding solutions, with a view to China’s design and implementation of advanced and practical pay system to provide some guidance, thereby enhancing the international competition of Chinese enterprises force.
