目的探讨去蛋白牛骨基质与可吸收胶原膜在拔牙位点保存中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月—2016年2月于沈阳沈河长征口腔门诊部收治的因牙周病变需拔除磨牙的患者120例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组患者予以去蛋白牛骨基质与可吸收胶原膜拔牙位点保存,对照组拔牙后自然愈合,比较两组患者愈合时间、牙槽骨宽度、高度吸收值。结果观察组患者伤口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组牙槽骨宽度、高度吸收值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论去蛋白牛骨基质与可吸收胶原膜在拔牙位点保存中的应用效果确切,可缩短愈合时间,减少牙槽骨吸收。
Objective To investigate the effect of deproteinized bovine bone matrix and absorbable collagen membrane in the preservation of tooth extraction site. Methods From February 2013 to February 2016, 120 patients with periodontal lesions requiring removal of molars were enrolled in Shenyang Changhe Dental Clinic. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, and each group of 60 patients . In the observation group, the deproteinized bovine bone matrix and the absorbable collagen membrane were preserved in the tooth extraction site. The control group was healed naturally after tooth extraction. The healing time, alveolar bone width and height absorption of the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The width and height of alveolar bone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of deproteinized bovine bone matrix and absorbable collagen membrane on the preservation of tooth extraction site is exact, which can shorten the healing time and reduce the alveolar bone absorption.
