本文阐明在体内和体外投给镉对粘膜运铁蛋白形成的影响,镉试验组每天投给100ppm(cdcl_2)持续30天,对照组动物仅给不含镉醋酸水道水。结果表明,由镉导致缺铁不影响铁运转步骤。在镉组运铁蛋白活性明显高于对照组。由镉引起缺铁对肠粘膜中铁蛋白或其他未知和铁结合蛋白作用,需重新给以评价。
This article illustrates the effects of cadmium on mucosal transferrin production in vitro and in vivo. The cadmium test group was given 100 ppm (cdcl_2) daily for 30 days and the control animals were given cadmium acetate-free water only. The results show that the iron deficiency caused by cadmium does not affect the iron running steps. Cadmium group transferrin activity was significantly higher than the control group. Iron deficiency caused by cadmium on intestinal mucosal ferritin or other unknown and iron binding protein role, to be re-given to the evaluation.
