用心肌缺血预适应的实验模型,观察了川芎嗪的药理性预适应对麻醉大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明:川芎嗪20mg/kg 和40mg/kg 于冠状动脉结扎前连续静脉给药5 分钟,能降低大鼠缺血再灌注时室颤( VF) 和室速(VT) 的发生率、心肌梗塞面积和血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH) 增高的程度;推迟心律失常发生的开始时间,缩短其持续时间。这种保护作用与预适应产生的结果一致。提示川芎嗪对麻醉大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用可能与其产生的药理性预适应有关
With the experimental model of myocardial ischemic preconditioning, the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine pharmacological preconditioning on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in anesthetized rats was observed. The experimental results showed that the continuous administration of tetramethylpyrazine 20 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg intravenously for 5 minutes before coronary artery ligation can reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VF) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) and myocardial infarction during ischemia/reperfusion in rats. The area and the degree of plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) increase; delay the onset of arrhythmia and shorten its duration. This protection is consistent with the result of preconditioning. It is suggested that the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in anesthetized rats may be related to its pharmacological preconditioning.
