近年来,泰州市海陵区通过强化教育培训,切实提高了领导班子和干部队伍思想政治素质和领导能力;注重体制机制建设,切实增强了领导班子和干部队伍活力;加快后备干部培养选拔,着力优化了领导班子和干部队伍结构;加强管理监督,着力提升了领导班子和干部队伍形象。但仍存在一些问题,亟需采取措施加强乡局级领导班子和干部队伍建设:坚持为发展选干部配班子,切实提高领导班子的整体功能;加快优秀年轻干部的培养选拔,为领导班子和干部队伍集聚后备力量;进一步深化人事制度改革,为建设高素质领导班子和干部队伍提供保证。
