本文采用微生物学方法对含有防腐剂的口服液进行抑制菌防腐效力测定。通过计算细菌降低倍数结果表明防腐剂苯甲酸钠常用量 0 .3% pH =4左右条件下对细菌具有明显的杀菌 ,抑菌作用 ,对霉菌作用较差。
In this paper, the use of microbiological methods containing preservatives oral liquid inhibitory efficacy of preservatives determination. By calculating the bacterium fold reduction results show that the preservative agent sodium benzoate at 0.3% pH = 4 about the conditions of bacteria has obvious bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects on the mold less effective.
