本文报道应用同种异体胎四肢骨移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法及效果，36例病人接受治儿骨移植术，其中随访31例，随访时间为8月～18个月，近期效果满意，讨论了股骨头缺血坏死的发病机理，诊断及鉴别诊断问题.
